Accommodation:
We have arranged inexpensive accommodation in the Guelph University East Village Townhouses on Arboretum Road, the University’s attractive and newest student residence (Most students will have left for the summer). We recommend the East Village Residence as it is conveniently close to the symposium venue, a pleasant 700 metre walk along Arboretum Road through the Arboretum. It will also afford easy opportunities to connect with delegates from other Third Age groups. For those who would prefer to drive to the Arboretum Centre, there is ample parking, both at the residence and at the Arboretum Centre. Rates are: Suite style residence rooms: $44 per person per night for singles or doubles. Townhouse 1 -2 people $96 per person per night Townhouse 3-4 people $82 per person per night Please note that only the townhouses are air conditioned.
